At the new Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) Medical-Dental Clinic in East Wenatchee, providers and patients can celebrate simplistic details, clean proportions, natural elements and lighting, and large open spaces.
The new campus facilities feature a biophilic design or 'bringing the outside indoors' which is a contributor to patient healing. To reinforce this concept, glass curtain walls will bring natural light and surrounding views into the space, creating an environment that is both comfortable and conducive to a healthy lifestyle. This focus on the exterior world will lend a calming effect to patients while making the space feel more open.

In Additions to the East Wenatchee campus consists of a two-story medical clinic includes (11,400 SF), a dental clinic (3,000 SF), a pharmacy (2,000 SF), administrative offices and shared support spaces (7,000 SF). The project in its entirety will be similar aesthetically to the existing Express Care Clinic. The project also includes a one-story behavioral health specialty clinic programmed at 9,200 SF with a second-floor shell for future growth.

Pacific Engineering provided civil and structural engineering services including active participation in design team meetings from preliminary through final design. Construction documents and specifications were closely coordination with associated design counterparts (e.g., MEP). Construction phase services included construction administration, special inspection and onsite observation services.
