Job Description

Build your structural drafting career with a team that invests in your growth! Pacific Engineering is seeking a full-time in-office CAD/Revit Technician to join our Structural Engineering team in Wenatchee. As a Technician at Pacific Engineering, you will work closely with licensed engineers and experienced technicians on buildings and structures in the education, medical, industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors. You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop structural plans, elevations, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD

• Coordinate drawings with engineers and other disciplines as part of a collaborative design team

• Incorporate engineer markups and revisions as projects develop

• Assist in maintaining drawing standards, smart blocks, Revit families, templates, and details

• Review drawings for completeness, consistency, and quality

• Work on projects from schematic design through construction documents

Estimated Pay Range

• $26 – 38 per hour

 

Qualifications

    Required

• Associate’s degree in Technical Drafting (or similar), or equivalent training and experience

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

    Preferred

• Previous structural AutoCAD and Revit drafting experience

• Exposure to structural drawings, building systems, or concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction

License Requirements

A valid driver's license is required for this position (verified upon hire). A valid Washington State driver's license is required within 30 days of employment.
