Mike R. Rolfs is a Member of the Pacific Engineering & Design, P.L.L.C. Ownership Group and is a licensed Civil Engineer. Mr. Rolfs joined the firm in 1994 and is the Personnel Manager.  Mr. Rolfs has served as project engineer and  prepared calculations and construction documents for hydro electric projects, churches, clinics, office buildings, processing and storage facilities, schools, and other public and private facilities.  Mr. Rolfs also prepares forensic structural damage causation reports and structural inspection and assessment reports.  Mr. Rolfs manages the FHA Foundation Inspection department and provides full service structural design for select residential clients.
