Martin P. Davy is a licensed Civil Engineer with Pacific Engineering & Design, P.L.L.C.  Mr. Davy joined the firm in 2003 and is responsible for Civil Engineering and Land Development Projects.  Mr. Davy has over 24 years of experience as a designer and project engineer for civil and structural projects. His work has included feasibility and cost studies, preliminary and detailed design, contract documentation, cost estimates, and construction supervision. He has been involved in numerous public works projects including highways, sewers, streets, subway, and light rail transit. His many private projects include over 40 subdivisions, multi-family housing complexes, and more than 30 commercial and institutional developments.  Mr. Davy’s specific technical expertise include subdivision layout and grading, street alignments and improvements, storm drainage analysis and design and value engineering. Mr. Davy has been a project manager responsible for coordinating the work of other professionals, supervision of technical staff, and providing support for public consultation.
