Kyle C. Rumble founded Pacific Engineering & Design, P.L.L.C. in 1984. Kyle semi-retired in 2008 and continues with Pacific as a staff Structural Engineer.  Kyle is also the Quality Control Manager.  Mr. Rumble has over 30 years of experience and has supervised and/or managed the preparation of construction documents for hospitals, schools, clinics, churches, processing and storage facilities, and other public and private facilities. He has prepared or supervised the preparation of over 400 structural studies, structural damage and causation reports (forensic), and structural inspections. He has experience in the design of bridges, diversion structures, fishway modifications, irrigation flumes, penstocks, siphons, and pipelines for private, municipal, public, irrigation, and reclamation districts.
