Robert Windsor joined Pacific Engineering in 1995.  Mr. Windsor is a design draftsman for the Structural department.  Mr. Windsor has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, and has over 16 years experience in Structural drafting and design.
