Barbara Baker, A.I.C.P.  joined Pacific Engineering & Design in February 2011. Barbara is the Business Office Manager. As a graduate of the University of Washington of Urban Planning she received her A.I.C.P. Certification in 2009. In addition to her accounting skills and work history, she has eight years of experience pursuing land use entitlements for a wide variety of clients; including Conditional Use Permit, Rezones, and applications for Urban Growth Area expansion.
